Principal's Welcome

Dear Central Stars Community,

I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new principal of Central Elementary. It is with great excitement and anticipation that I join this esteemed institution known for its commitment to academic excellence and amazing staff, students, and families.

As I step into this role, I want to take a moment to share a bit about myself and my vision for our school community. I have 17 years of experience in education, having served in various roles including Teacher, Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, Dean of Students and Principal. I have always been driven by a commitment to fostering an environment where both students and staff can thrive.

My educational philosophy centers on the belief that every student deserves a high-quality education that prepares them not only academically but also socially and emotionally for the challenges of the future. I am dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued, empowered, and equipped to achieve their best.

On a personal level, I have been married to my wonderful husband Kirt for 24 years. We have three children, Victoria is 22, Evan my Marine is 19, and Stella is 6. We have a Dalmatian, Dixie that is 3 and Jett, Stella’s cat is 1.
