If the issue can be addressed immediately the District will respond with the answer while then fixing the issue. If the issue requires more time to address, the District will provide you with an estimated timeline for resolution.Resolution Process:
- Upon receiving an accessibility issue report, we will assess the concern to determine the necessary steps for remediation.
- We will keep you updated on the progress and inform you when the issue has been resolved or if we are unable to provide a solution.
