School Based Nursing Program
The Petoskey School Based Nursing Program is a collaboration between Public Schools of Petoskey and the Health Department of Northwest Michigan to provide health and wellness services to Petoskey Elementary Buildings.
School-based health programs support students, their families, and school staff to promote health and wellness in the school environment. Availability of services may vary between school buildings and are based on program model.
